Decided to try to make a non pico de gallo version of the mango habanero salsa. It pairs really well with any seafood that you’d like to add some spice to your life 😁

    Hello everyone!

    Mango Habanero salsa ingredients
    Items to roast:

    6 garlic cloves

    1 manzano pepper( to deseed is your option)

    2 habaneros

    2 guerro peppers

    Fresh ingredients:

    2 mangos
    ( cut as much as you can off the pit in middle)

    ***************blend all above ⬆️********************

    Garnish items (to your discretion):

    red bell pepper (diced small)

    purple onion (diced small)

    Cilantro ( cut small)

    *salt & (lime)to taste* (someone mentioned lime I forgot to add thank you!)

    Enjoy!!!!!!!

    Pairs really well with any seafood!!

    No limes or acid? Seems like its on the sweet side of salsas?

    I’m sure it probably tastes ok. I would not blend the mango.
